Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Currently we accept orders for shipment within the continental United States.

Original paintings will be carefully wrapped, shipped and ensured via Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx ground.

Tax and shipping included in product price if shipped to the US except Hawaii and Alaska..

For international shipping additional $50.00 will be charged at the checkout.

Your order will be shipped during 3-5 business days after we receive the payment for full.

If for some reason you would like to cancel your order, you have 48 hours to notify us about cancellation after order was placed. After 48 hours order can not be cancelled.

After shipping of art work, you will receive email-confirmation with tracking number. Usually it takes 3-7 days for delivery. For delivery to foreign countries it could take longer depends on the country.  Please note, it could take longer to deliver your order around holidays time.

Returns

It's our goal to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, that you received it and in the original packaging.  

All funds minus shipping, handling and insurance will be refunded upon return of art work.

If your order was damaged, you will receive a full refund or replacement, IF you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection.

Please note, custom orders and commissioned art work created just for you. Therefore, all sales are final and there no refunds or exchanges.

Gift cards;

Downloadable software products.

To complete your return we require the receipt of proof of purchase.

Refunds

Ones your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you, that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't receive your refund yet, first, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at designsbyirina@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately sale price items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email to designsbyirina@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee, that we will receive your shipped item.
